pkace ("we", "us", "our" or the "Platform Operator") operates the website accessible at https://pkace.cam (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how pkace collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal data in connection with your access to and use of the Platform.

pkace is an English-language online gambling information and review platform serving Pakistani users. We are not a gambling operator. We do not process financial transactions, accept deposits or facilitate wagers. Accordingly, our data collection activities are limited to what is necessary for operating an information website.

03 Data Controller

pkace acts as the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected through this Platform. As Data Controller, we are responsible for ensuring that Personal Data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

pkace does not currently designate a Data Protection Officer (DPO) given the limited volume and sensitivity of data processed through this informational platform. 08 Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention guidelines are as follows:

• Server access logs and technical data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
• Analytics data (aggregated): Retained for up to 24 months in anonymised aggregate form for trend analysis. No individually identifiable records are retained beyond 90 days.
• Contact form and email enquiries: Retained for up to 12 months from the date of last correspondence, then securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may request earlier deletion of your data in accordance with your rights under Section 12 of this Policy.

11 International Data Transfers

12 User Rights

We will respond to all valid data rights requests within a reasonable timeframe and in any event within 30 days of receipt. Where an extension is required, we will notify you of the reason and expected timeline. We do not charge a fee for handling rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

13 Children's Privacy

The pkace Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, any person under the age of 18 years, or below the higher minimum age required by any applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under the applicable minimum age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child may have submitted Personal Data through this Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 16.
